This course is a complete owners manual for all highly sensitive or empathetic people. It's what I wish existed years ago (would have saved me a lot of time) and was given to my parents when I was born.
I spent the last 10 years living this, learning everything I could on the topic, figuring out what worked and what didn't through a ton of trial and error, and ultimately getting it down. The content of this course is what got me from can't-even-get-into-a-bus-without-a-panic-attack, to happily traveling the world solo. It IS possible, and I'm delighted to be able to show you how.
